Recognize key areas for your
personal or professional growth,
whether it's acquiring new skills
or making specific changes.
Embrace the potential for change,
create a strategic plan, and practice
consistently until these changes
become a natural part
of your life.
Apply these changes across
different contexts, not only
transforming yourself but also
inspiring others through
your actions.
Victoria Subirana has captured this method in her book "Pedagogy

produced by Universal Pictures, was inspired by her life and mission.Tailored programs designed for

Victoria Subirana was born in Ripoll, Spain in 1959.
She attended a nuns school, where she developed a passion for reading and writing in Spanish, French, and Catalan. Her love for Asian cultures, particularly Tibet, was sparked by her early readings.
At the age of nine, Victoria was sent to work as a child laborer. Despite facing economic challenges, she persevered and completed her secondary education. She later earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Barcelona. Her dream was to expand her knowledge & study in the USA. She accomplished this dream by completing a Masters in Curriculum & Teaching from Michigan State University.
She established her first school in Kathmandu in 1991. There she dedicated her life to underprivileged children and women of Nepal with the aim of satisfying their social, intellectual and psychological needs.
She accomplished her objectives implementing her methodology of teaching: ”Pedagogy for Transformation” amongst the poorest of the poor. Teaching them she realized that we have to use methods that will empower the hearts of the children with the main virtues, and their minds with creativity, analytical & critical thinking, for them to be able to identify the root-cause of their problems and develop necessary tools & strategies, to overcome poverty, ignorance and oppression.
Her method has been proven to transform, not only the lives of children, but the lives of anyone who aims to improve their own and others quality of life.
